Leadership Development Academy
Allegheny County
EMS Council plays an active role in fostering the
growth of emergency medical service personnel
through its Leadership
Development Academy
(LDA). Each year, promising individuals
participate in a 54-hour program which provides
further insight and education into EMS management
and operations. The 2008 graduating class is
