FRTC Committee
The Field Response and
Transportation Committee (FRTC) is comprised of representatives of the
Allegheny County EMS Council and/or EMS agencies that are licensed to
operate within
Allegheny County. The primary purpose of the committee is to
oversee the annual EMSOF Provider Equipment Program that is linked to the
Equipment Priorities List as published.
