The Annual Meeting Committee is responsible for planning the membership meeting of the Council and where necessary, raise funds for meetings, training seminars and other projects that the Council determines necessary.

Typically, the committee meets several times in the months preceding the event to develop budgets, choose a meeting venue, solicit donations and develop an agenda for the program.
